LOVE these reminders. So often throughout the day I multi-task and/or race through tasks, thinking that once everything on my to-do list is done I will feel calm and peaceful. And every time I end up feeling exhausted and stressed, and I realize that I have gone through yet another day without truly appreciating all of my experiences. I absolutely do not want to continue living this way, and I will use these reminders every day.
