I agree that life of a mom (or “near-future-mom”) is something exceptional and could not be compared to anything else. But balance is needed in ordinary everyday life, not only when you’re expecting or having a baby. But I also agree here – balance in mom’s life is the most important. I’ve written your post and 7 points of tips you added. I think that such advices are important and handy, many women need help that they’re not getting from their closest ones.

WoW Stacey! It sounds like you’ve really found your footing and are in the midst of creating something wonderful and especially useful for moms! Thank you! I’ve been meditating for some time now, but have taken some time off (read: laziness)..thanks for reminding me it’s something I needed to get started again.
